How does the styling box work?
Complete our Style Quiz and place your $25 deposit to reserve your Personal Styling Box. A stylist will then reach out to you shortly to get your CC info for the items you decide to keep! Your deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards your final purchase! Try everything at home, mix and match your pieces, and keep what you love!”
How does the wishlist work?
Your wishlist lets us know which pieces you love! Heart your favorite items while browsing our website, then you will be prompted to login before taking your Style Quiz so we can view/consider them when styling your Personal Styling Box.
How many items can I receive per box?
You will receive a minimum of 4 items and a maximum of 10 items depending on what you're wanting
How often can I get a styling box?
This isn’t a subscription service, so you can order boxes whenever you like — monthly, seasonally, or for special occasions.
How long do I have to return items?
You have 48 hours from delivery to return anything you don’t want to keep. A free return shipping label is included.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Each item can be exchanged once for a different size or color (based on availability). Just let us know before sending it back so we can assist. Please note: exchanges are subject to a small restocking fee.
What condition should items be in for returns or exchanges?
Items should have tags attached and be in excellent condition — no damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
How much does shipping cost?
