IN STORE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for full refund, exchange or store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags (with the exception of Swimwear, Jewelry, Sunglasses and Undergarments) within 14 days of the purchase date.
All special orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
All sale items 20-40% off are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT if returned within the 14 day return period. All items marked down 50% and above are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
All undergarments are FINAL SALE.
Customer service and your satisfaction is a huge priority for us. If for any reason our return policy doesn't work for you, please do not hesitate to call us and we do our best to meet your needs.
ONLINE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All returns must be submitted through our online return portal (Start A Return). Once your return is submitted, a return shipping label will be generated for you to use at your nearest Fedex location. A $7 return shipping fee will be applied to all returns that are processed. This fee will be deducted from your refund, exchange, or store credit amount.
All full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags (with the exception of accessories and SALE items) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are using a coupon code (such as our Welcome code), those items are still considered full price and are returnable according to the policy stated.
